Camp Bow Wow® is a nationally recognized premier pet care service providing a fun, safe, and upscale environment for dogs of all sizes to play, romp, and receive lots of love and attention. Camp Bow Wow Prairieville seeks exceptional people to provide loving care for dogs and a superior customer service for our pet parents. We are currently interviewing for a full-time Guest Service Agent. Our full-time employees are expected to work 34-40 hours each week and be available for weekend work and holidays. The Front Desk position is physically demanding and full of daily challenges and victories. If you find yourself saying, "I love dogs more than people", than this may be a fit for you. Requirements Must love dogs and demonstrate no fear across all breeds and sizes. Must possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable with both pets and people. Have a positive attitude, are extremely detailed oriented, trustworthy, punctual, reliable, and responsible. Must be able to multi-task. Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. We work when others are enjoying vacation and holidays. Must be physically able to lift 150+ pounds. Have a reliable personal vehicle. Be available to work during the hours of 5:55am-8:0pm Must be 18. Proven experience in customer service and sales. Previous dog daycare and boarding or veterinary reception experience helpful, but not required. Skills Reliable. Detail orientated. Ability to multi-task. Ability to work in different software platforms. Flexible. Punctual. Responsibilities Great pet parents promptly. Escort dogs to the back of house cabin area. Manage reservations via phone, email, and the portal. Process credit card and cash payments. Be knowledgeable of our services. Upsell services. Manage client concerns in a timely fashion. Review vaccine records. Schedule grooming and training appointments. General cleaning assignments during slow periods. Respond to escalations in the play yards. Perform duties of Camp Counselor during slow periods. Benefits Incentive Bonuses.
