This individual will serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and community members while ensuring the office runs efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional support in a mission-driven environment. Job Description Serve as the primary front desk contact by answering phones and greeting residents, visitors, and staff. Manage daily clerical and administrative operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the program. Maintain accurate sign-in and sign-out records for individuals entering and exiting the facility. Document basic incident reports and administrative records in a timely and confidential manner. Provide administrative support to program staff and assist with day-to-day office responsibilities. Respond to inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and discretion, particularly when interacting with individuals experiencing difficult personal or family circumstances. Maintain organized files and ensure the accuracy of program documentation. Foster a welcoming, respectful, and supportive environment for all community members. Qualifications At least 1 year of administrative, front desk, or office support experience. Bilingual in Spanish or Haitian Creole required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, service-oriented approach. #RJADM45
Pay:
