Your role will be primarily to welcome patients and visitors, maintaining the security of the maternity unit. You will also need to be confident with IT and keen to learn to use a number of different systems. You must be able to work days, including evenings and weekends and have a good attendance record. Main duties of the job The main duties are being responsible for managing patients and visitors coming in and out of the maternity unit as well as answering the phone and directing people appropriately. You will receive raining to use several different computer systems, including the maternity system called BadgerNet. There will be some administrative tasks required elating to patient data.
