Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist and Office Lead for Luxury Medical Spa We are a high-end, boutique medical spa known for delivering concierge-level service to a discerning clientele who expect exceptional results and an elevated experience. We are seeking an emotionally mature, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is ready to roll up their sleeves to help drive operational success. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is just as comfortable greeting a high-end client at the front desk as they are analyzing performance metrics or supervising a team. You will be expected to lead from the front, assist in the management of the day-to-day operations, and help uphold our brand standard of professionalism, excellence, and profitability. Overview The Front Desk Receptionist / Office Lead will work the front desk of the office and assist with all front desk operations but will also work closely with management to assist with the day-to-day administrative operations of the office. Preferred candidates have front desk and sales experience at a Medspa or other aesthetic retail businesses. Candidates must have highly professional and courteous conduct with an emphasis on providing exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do:
Front desk operations - Support / lead front desk operations to ensure a seamless guest experience Assist with the oversight of daily spa operations with a focus on service, efficiency, and team performance Deliver and reinforce white-glove, concierge-level service to every client Provide calm, consistent, emotionally intelligent leadership Assist management in driving profitability by monitoring KPIs, optimizing schedules, and reducing inefficiencies Communicate clearly and consistently with senior leadership on all aspects of operations Assist with office inventory and ordering Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (College degree highly preferred) 3+ years of relevant Medspa or aesthetic retail experience Front desk experience of at least 1 year 2+ years of supervision or management experience (Experience managing in a high-end medical spa or luxury service setting is strongly preferred) Neat, professional appearance Proficient with computers; Experience with Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Experience with practice management software a plus Able to work Saturdays strongly preferred.
