Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator - Salon & Spa

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Coordinator to join our salon & spa team! This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phones and manage client inquiries professionally Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently Greet clients warmly and provide an excellent first impression Handle check-ins, check-outs, and retail purchases Maintain a clean, organized front desk and reception area Support stylists and spa staff with daily operations

Social Media Marketing What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Comfortable using booking systems and basic computer tasks Positive attitude and team player Previous salon/spa or front desk experience is a plus (but not required)
