Our client, a well-established financial services firm, is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist/Office Coordinator to become a front-facing ambassador of their Boston office while supporting daily administrative operations. Between the hours of 8:30AM and 3:30PM, you will be responsible for creating a professional first impression, managing front desk activities, and assisting with general office coordination. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of reception or administrative experience with a customer-focused demeanor.

Not Required Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors while maintaining a welcoming front desk presence; handling incoming calls and directing inquiries efficiently; managing mail, deliveries, and reception area organization; coordinating meeting room scheduling and light setup; performing administrative support such as data entry and document preparation; tracking and ordering office and kitchen supplies; assisting with visitor check-in systems and badge management; and supporting ad hoc projects while maintaining confidentiality. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of front desk, administrative, or customer-facing experience; strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; a polished, professional presence; and a proactive, service-oriented mindset suited for a corporate environment.
