$17/Hour Join Our Senior Living Community Team! Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about helping people? We are looking for a professional and energetic Front Desk Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our community.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Welcome residents, families, guests, and visitors with a warm and professional attitude Answer and route phone calls promptly and courteously Create a welcoming environment for all visitors Manage appointment books for doctors, beauty/barber services, and resident requests Assist residents with concierge-style services such as transportation arrangements, newspaper deliveries, and telephone/cable concerns Support administrative and clerical tasks for multiple departments Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby area Respond professionally during emergencies and understand emergency call systems Assist with marketing inquiries and community initiatives Work closely with leadership and staff to support daily operations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
