We are looking for a Temporary Receptionist/Administrative Assistant on site 5 days per week starting on August 3, 2026, through December 23, 2026, at a rate of $32/hour. This person will be responsible for handling the day-to-day office needs for our Boston, MA office. These duties include a variety of responsibilities such as interacting with employees, visitors, and vendors. The Receptionist will work under the direction of the Office Manager to support the needs of the client service professionals. How You'll Spend Your Time:
Managing information, filing systems, faxing, scanning, copying Answering and screening phone calls appropriately Meeting and greeting clients Handling incoming mail for the office as well as arranging for pick-up of: UPS, FedEx, and other couriers as requested/needed; maintaining postage machine -- system updates, etc. Maintaining communal spaces, conference area, kitchen, etc. Assisting with meal ordering for busy season Replenishing office/kitchen supplies when needed Responsibilities include but are not limited to the items listed above The Kinds of People We Want to Talk to
Have Many of The Following:
1 year of administrative experience, preferred 1-2 years' experience in a professional services work environment preferred Advanced Microsoft Office skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written High attention to detail, time management skills Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work Desire and ability to work in a team environment
Physical Requirements:
Lift/carry up to 10 lbs. Kneel, reach over shoulder or head, use step stool to place wall postings The compensation range for this position is $32.00 per hour. In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance. Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role, hiring location, as well as the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
