Robert Half Office Assistant Sagamore Beach, MA Apply Description We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Sagamore Beach, Massachusetts. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the smooth operation of daily business activities. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service and administrative tasks while demonstrating strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars to ensure seamless coordination of services.
- Perform accurate data entry into company systems and utilize Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks.
- Communicate professionally with customers and clients regarding services and scheduling.
- Scan and organize documents to maintain accurate record-keeping and organization.
- Carry out general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and mail handling.
- Support receptionist functions by greeting visitors and assisting with front-desk operations.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote productivity. Requirements
- Previous experience in receptionist or administrative roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Familiarity with scanning and document management processes.
- Reliable and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
