Overview Join our vibrant team as a Beach House Spa Front Desk Receptionist, where your energy and enthusiasm will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and professional first impression Manage reservations and appointments efficiently using our POS (Point of Sale) system Handle phone inquiries with excellent etiquette, providing information about services and scheduling Assist guests with product demos, retail sales, and upselling spa packages or retail items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, including stocking supplies and merchandising products attractively Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for payments and sales Support staff by coordinating schedules, managing waitlists, and communicating guest needs effectively Experience Previous supervising experience in a retail or hospitality environment is preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math enhances efficiency in daily tasks Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse guests Experience in customer service roles within grocery stores or retail outlets demonstrates adaptability and interpersonal skills Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions and inventory management Knowledge of phone etiquette standards ensures professional communication at all times Prior experience with product demos, merchandising, stocking, or upselling techniques will support your success in this role This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to deliver exceptional guest service while honing their skills in a lively spa environment.
