Conveniently located along the Green C line in Coolidge Corner and bus stop on the corner. We need a friendly and outgoing person to greet our clients with a smile and positive attitude. Need someone available to work the following hours: Every other Saturday 8:30am-6pm and Sundays 8:30am-7pm. There will be some flexibility to change out weekends with other staff on an occassional basis. Best if you can commute by walking or public transportation as there is no parking avaialable on Saturdays. Sundays metered spots are free. Hours will vary a bit depending upon appointment load but need someone available to work during the hours listed above at a minimum. Hours will average around 10-18 hours per weekend. Additional hours may be available depending on your flexibility but must be able to work hours listed above. Best if you can commute by walking or public transportation as there is no parking avaialable on Saturdays. Sundays metered spots are free. This is a fun and upbeat working environment and does require a great deal of multi tasking. Duties will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting and registering customers, clerical duties, data entry, social media tasks. organizing, cleaning and maintaining office. Professional appearance , positive attitude with an upbeat personality. Previous work experience with a solid track record, and pleasant phone voice are required. All applicants will be required to pass background check. Pay is $17 per hour plus tips and bonus incentives. Most staff average an extra $3 an hour in tips alone and additional bonus on top of that amount. Bilingual Spanish and /or Portuguese a plus but not required. Need someone in close proximity to our Brookline, MA location so that coming in for shorter shifts is not an issue. Goldenview Ultrasound has been in business since 2005 and provides 3d4d Prenatal Ultrasound services.
