Duties Greet Guests with enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued Manage phone systems, taking reservations, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software to support daily operations Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance
