Front Desk Receptionist

are you outgoing and friendly and enjoy working in a fast paced front desk setting? Do you love dogs and getting to greet them at our facility everyday? This may be the job for you! Dogtown Daycare , in Gloucester is looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, multi-tasker and quick on their feet. The Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist would be for (5-6) days a week with the hours of 6:30 am to 1:00 pm and/ or 1:30 pm to 6:30 pm and every other Saturday.

MULTI-TASKER

—there will be 40 dogs leaving in a 2-hour period that you must check out, call for, and collect payment for, all while answering the phone, responding to emails, etc. Must have great customer service skills, know how to defuse a situation and how to communicate effectively via in person, over the phone, and email. The lobby must be kept clean and wiped down frequently, all products displayed appropriately. Must love dogs! If you are addicted to your phone, or call in sick frequently this is not the job for you! We pay for performance so if you are a hard worker who takes direction well, are quick on your feet and have initiative to make your job great then this may be the job for you. We love to have fun and take our job of caring for peoples pets seriously, safety and security are a priority while enjoying all we do. We are a team and communication is key in keeping the operations going.
