Receptionist 571 Bernardston Road, Greenfield, MA 01301 $16.75 - $19.00 an hour - Full-time $16.75 - $19.00 an hour - Full-time Receptionist wanted for busy veterinary hospital. A minimum of 1 year experience in a veterinary hospital is preferred but not required. I n this role you will: Work closely with our clients and their pets Provide stellar customer service Use a multi-line phone system Perform data entry Be involved in cash processing Schedule and prepare for appointments To be successful in this role you will need to: Some of the expected responsibilities include: Enjoy working individually and as part of a team with a great work ethic Commit to excellent client service Greet clients in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner Excel at communication skills Possess strong organizational skills Be a team player that comes ready to work Maintain a positive and professional work culture This is a full time position, 38-40 hrs/week. Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and call ins. Hourly rate negotiable depending on level of experience.
