We have adopted the fear-free approach, which means we take our time with interactions with patients to ensure good outcomes. Responsibilities As a Veterinary Receptionist at Lunenburg Veterinary Hospital , you will: Welcome clients and their pets warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle client inquiries. Process payments, manage billing, and maintain accurate client records. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming. Coordinate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth client communication and patient care. Assist with administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the practice. Assist with kennel/hospital duties as needed. Qualifications Prior experience in the veterinary industry is required. (1 year) Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Must be available for Evening Hours. (Open until 9pm) Compensation, Perks & More $15.00 - $17.00 / hr - depending on experienceComprehensive Benefits:
