Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dance Studio Front Desk Administrator to be the welcoming face of our vibrant dance community. In this pivotal role, you will manage daily studio operations at the front desk, ensuring a seamless experience for students, parents, and visitors. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help foster an inspiring environment where everyone feels supported and motivated to pursue their dance passions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine administrative expertise with a love for the arts, contributing to the growth and success of our studio. Duties Greet clients, students, parents, and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times Manage multi-line communication systems to answer inquiries, schedule classes, and relay messages efficiently Handle all front desk responsibilities including check-ins, class registrations, and payments using multiple software systems. Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating student files Assist with office management tasks such as communications, managing supplies and costumes, and supporting administrative functions Support customer support efforts by addressing questions promptly and professionally via phone, text or email Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in (Word, Outlook, Canva,) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse community better Exceptional phone etiquette combined with clerical experience such as data entry, filing, and proofreading Proven customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving mindset Knowledge of office procedures related to calendar management, time management, and administrative support Previous experience in office or administrative roles such as dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus Join us in creating a lively and welcoming space where dancers of all ages can thrive!
