The PT Desk Staff position is crucial for ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for all visitors and clients. This role involves managing front desk operations, including greeting guests, answering inquiries, and providing information about services. Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with appointment scheduling software.

Responsibilities:
