- Receptionist
- to join our
- Health Care for the Homeless Team.

Position Purpose:
_- The
- Receptionist
- is responsible providing exceptional customer service to all patients and clients of the medical clinic located at the
- Friends of the Homeless Shelter
- on Worthington Street.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- + Manage all incoming phone calls + Perform scheduling and registration + Greet visitors and facilitates patient flow while promoting a positive patient experience + Complete a variety of clerical and data entry assignments
Minimum Requirements:
- + High School diploma or equivalent, Associate's preferred + 1 -2 years' experience in healthcare preferred + Excellent computer abilities + Familiarity with medical terminology + Bilingual / bicultural in Spanish preferred
