Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, greeting clients and visitors with courtesy.
- Handle incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and accurate call routing.
- Manage concierge services, assisting guests with inquiries and providing relevant information.
- Operate and maintain a switchboard system for phone lines ranging from 1 to 10.
- Respond to inbound calls efficiently, addressing client questions and concerns.
- Maintain an organized and clean reception area to uphold a positive image.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and scheduling.
- Track and manage visitor logs and appointments.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including document preparation and data entry.
