New England Family Eye is a locally owned and growing optometry practice in Wayland, MA. We take pride in providing exceptional eye care in a warm, friendly environment. As a small, family-run office, we value teamwork, positivity, and a genuine connection with our patients.
Position Overview:
We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Front Desk & Frame Stylist to join our team! This role combines front desk responsibilities with helping patients select eyewear that fits their style and vision needs. No optical experience is required — we're happy to train the right person who brings great energy and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and make them feel welcome as they arrive Check patients in and assist with scheduling and basic administrative tasks Help patients select frames and lens options that suit their lifestyle and budget Process glasses orders accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized optical area Support other office tasks as needed — we all work together as a team!
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, professional, and dependable Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Retail, fashion, or healthcare experience is a plus (but not required) Available to work a half day on Saturday (9am-1pm)
