Job Description:

Welcome customers in a warm, professional manner (both in-person and over the phone) Direct incoming calls and inquiries to the appropriate department (sales, service, parts) Schedule and confirm service appointments, and check customers in for servicing Collect and process service and parts payments when required Ensure reception and waiting areas are tidy, welcoming, and stocked with informational materials Coordinate loaner vehicle paperwork and facilitate smooth vehicle drop-off/pick-up Perform basic administrative tasks: data entry, filing, and follow-up communications Collaborate with advisors, technicians, and sales associates to support seamless operations

Qualifications:

Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills Strong customer service orientation, both face-to-face and via phone Proficient in basic computer applications Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting Previous experience in a dealership or customer-facing receptionist role is a plus
