Weekend Front Desk Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team, this is a twice a week position to open the gym on Saturday and Sunday mornings. The shift is 6:45 am to Noon every Saturday and Sunday. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. General Stocking of supplements Maintain an organized front desk area. Requirements Proven experience in customer support or front desk operations is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer systems and office management software; familiarity with reservation systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail for proofreading tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service to guests.
