We are looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and multitasking skills. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in receptionist work, customer service, front desk support, hospitality, retail, administrative support, office coordination, or call center environments. The right candidate will be dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment while providing exceptional customer service to both customers and employees. Compensation & Schedule $20 per hour Saturday schedule: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM Additional weekday hours may be available One Sunday per month may be available Benefits Paid time off Paid training Career advancement opportunities Family-owned dealership group Supportive team environment Long-term career growth opportunities Responsibilities Answer and route incoming dealership phone calls professionally and efficiently Greet customers, guests, and sales prospects as they arrive at the dealership Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member Notify sales and service staff when customers arrive for appointments Assist in scheduling sales appointments and customer follow-up Process customer payments and receipt transactions for sales, service, and parts departments Work closely with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure excellent customer experience Maintain a professional, friendly, and welcoming front desk environment Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in person, over the phone, and electronically Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed Qualifications Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, administrative assistant, office assistant, retail, hospitality, or call center experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic Comfortable using Gmail, Google Chat, Google Drive, and basic computer systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required Why Join Kelly Automotive Group?
