• Full-time Annapolis Dental Care is a small private dental practice that has recently changed ownership.

We are looking for a front desk coordinator to join our team and help grow our business. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, patient focused, and organized.

Daily Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive first impression Manage doctor schedule Answer phones and provide excellent phone etiquette Insurance verification and treatment plan presentation Payment processing and account management New patient intake and records management Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently via phone or email Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment for visitors What we are looking for: Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance Excellent phone etiquette skills Strong organizational skills At least 1 year experience in a dental office
