Job Description

Current Employees Must Apply Through Their Kronos Employee Account This PRN (as needed) Front Desk Receptionist is primarily responsible for the greeting and reception of all customers, the processing of incoming/outgoing mail (including UPS & FedEx), duplication of various materials, monitoring and ordering of supplies for first-floor personnel, and the use and maintenance of first floor's office equipment. S/he also provides administrative and clerical support on an as-needed basis to the President & CEO, HR Department, and Development Department. This position may participate in special projects as needed. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and extensive organizational and computer skills. Work requires occasional communication outside of the workgroup. Communication with external contacts is for providing or receiving factual information. Courtesy and tact are required in dealing with customers.
Education:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Baltimore Medical System (BMS) is a community-based, nonprofit organization that provides quality primary/outpatient care services in the Greater Baltimore area. BMS is the largest FQHC in Maryland, and we offer a variety of comprehensive primary and behavioral health services through five (5) community health centers and eight (8) school-based health centers.
