Job Description:
Chesapeake Search Partners is partnering with a trusts and estates law firm serving high-net-worth clients to identify a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to join a highly professional, client-focused practice that values quality, discretion, and exceptional service. The position will serve as a key point of contact for clients while supporting day-to-day office operations, administrative coordination, and estate administration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing phones, greeting visitors, and coordinating communications with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, calendar management, file organization, and office supply coordination.
  • Maintain physical and electronic files, including scanning, document management, and updating office tracking systems.
  • Prepare and distribute invoices, process incoming payments, and assist with bank deposits and related administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate regularly with clients, accountants, and financial advisors to support estate administration activities and ongoing client needs.
  • Support overall office operations in a detail-oriented, organized, and client-centered environment.
Qualifications:
  • Prior legal, accounting, financial services, or professional services office experience preferred.
  • Trusts and estates experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information discreetly.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills.
  • Professional, reliable, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Gmail, and general office technology tools.
