First Team Staffing is looking for a
ROCK STAR
to join our new TEAM in Catonsville! We are looking for someone interested & MOTIVATED by the opportunity to GROW with our company.
Schedule:
Monday thru
Friday Hours:
Availability to work between 7:00am-5:00pm
Responsibilities:
Inbound and Outbound Calls! - 100+ calls per day Interviewing candidates Qualifying, explaining, and offering jobs over the phone & in person Counseling employees on attendance, punctuality, hygiene, policy violations, etc. Building/maintaining relationships with companies/supervisors
Requirements:
Experience providing optimal customer service / resolving issues Entry level phone/computer experience required Valid driver's license Must be reliable, professional, upbeat, and motivated!
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
