$16.00/hourAbout the RoleRecovery Centers of America is seeking a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our facility. In this role, you will create a welcoming environment for guests, clients, and residents while delivering exceptional customer service. Your contributions will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for compassionate care and professionalism.Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing them appropriately
- Greet guests, new clients, and residents with warmth and professionalism
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Order and manage office supplies
- Coordinate and track facility maintenance requestsWhat You'll Bring
- High School Diploma (required)
- Previous experience working with the public
- Strong clerical and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with switchboard operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

- A former patient may not be hired at the same location w they were treated until a minimum of one year has elapsed since the completion of their treatment at that location.
