Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression for everyone who enters our facility. Duties Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and transferring calls efficiently Maintain accurate appointment scheduling and calendar management using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support office operations with precision Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring excellent customer service standards are met Assist with clerical duties including typing, proofreading, and maintaining organized records to streamline office workflows Experience Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer service best practices Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors Familiarity with office management tasks such as filing, data entry, calendar management, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred) Previous roles as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant are advantageous but not required Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while advancing your administrative career!
