Position Summary :
The Director of First Impressions is more than a receptionist—you are the face of our firm. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you set the tone for every interaction and play a vital role in shaping the client experience. This role calls for someone who is warm, polished, and proactive, with a genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with responsiveness and discretion Schedule and confirm client appointments, coordinating seamlessly with advisors Maintain accurate, organized client records and office systems Ensure the office environment is consistently polished, tidy, and client-ready Provide administrative and logistical support to advisors and leadership Assist with firm events, correspondence, and day-to-day operational needs Qualifications Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with others Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Professional presence and a positive, client-first mindset Comfortable with phone systems, scheduling tools, and standard office software Prior experience in a front desk, hospitality, or client-facing role preferred
