Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Part-Time Front Desk Associate specialized in Eyecare to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our office, providing exceptional patient service and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for every patient, while supporting the clinical team with essential administrative functions. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in medical office management. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly upon arrival, verify appointment details, and assist with check-in procedures using electronic health record (EHR) system. Manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, scheduling appointments, and responding to patient inquiries efficiently. Maintain accurate medical records by reviewing documentation, updating patient files, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with billing and collections processes. Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing clinic supplies. Coordinate patient intake and follow-up appointments while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in documentation review. Requirements Prior clinic or medical office experience is highly preferred, especially in an eye care setting. Strong computer skills. Knowledge of medical terminology. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems and manage patient interactions professionally. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to work independently while supporting team needs.
