Full-time About us We are a fast-paced cardiology practice seeking a cheerful and personable individual to join our front office team in a full-time receptionist role. Primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greeting patients in a friendly and courteous manner
Answering a multi-line phone system
Disseminating information in a timely and efficient manner
Scheduling appointments
Verifying insurances and referrals
Data entry of demographics in a computerized electronic health record

HS diploma/GED
Excellent communication skills
Accuracy in transcribing information
