Summer Camp Receptionist

Duties Greet campers, parents, staff, and visitors with warmth and professionalism at the front desk Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, registrations, and general questions efficiently Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating camper information using computer software Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organizing supplies Assist with clerical duties including proofreading forms, handling correspondence, and managing paperwork Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions promptly and courteously Utilize office tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace to prepare documents and reports Skills Proven experience in front desk operations or office management roles Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and data entry skills Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse families and staff Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, calendar management, and bookkeeping with accuracy Customer service experience that demonstrates patience, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor Strong time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities seamlessly Personal assistant or administrative support experience is a plus Join us this summer as a Summer Camp Receptionist and be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for young campers!
