  • Full-time Summary/Objective Make the first point of contact for CHUTES' customers and vendors a positive, friendly and helpful experience.
Duties will include general administrative support, recruiting assistance and company communications assistance. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 1. Answer and direct incoming calls, 2. Handle and distribute outgoing and incoming mail and front desk packages, 3. Check and maintain office equipment and ordering supplies, 4. Arrange manager meeting dinners (bi-weekly), 5. Update SOPs as needed, 6. Assist walk-ins with information needed, 7. Head up company event planning with assistance from the HR team 8. Random projects, as needed Competencies 1. Reliable with good Attendance, 2. Organization skills, 3. Excellent written and verbal communications, 4. Attention to detail, 5. Professional demeanor, 6. Team player, 7. Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook). 8. Strong customer service skills, 9. Align with CHUTES vales, Travel No travel is expected for this position, except for occasional training opportunities and/or trade shows.
