Two 8 am
  • 6 pm shifts, two 8 am
  • 5 pm shifts, every other Saturday 9 am

You'll manage a high call volume, schedule appointments, maintain accurate records, and provide a warm, professional experience for clients and their pets.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting clients and managing front desk flow Answering phones and coordinating a multi-doctor schedule Processing payments and maintaining accurate records Communicating clearly with clients and the medical team Supporting patient flow and hospital organization We're looking for someone who is: Organized, reliable, and a strong multitasker Compassionate and confident in client communication A team player with a positive attitude Experienced in veterinary settings (preferred) Our team members should be ready to: Let your passion for veterinary medicine shine every day Stay positive—because with the right cattitude, anything is pawsible Show empathy to clients, coworkers, and yourself Be part of a team where appreciation is genuine—not just a poster on the wall Join a team that takes pride in both the care we provide and the culture we've built.
