Receptionist Location:
Lincoln, ME Skills:
Reception / Customer Service This full-time position is located at the Lincoln, ME, location of F. A. Peabody Company is responsible for performing a range of customer service, clerical, accounting, and reception duties.
Responsibilities Include:
Providing exceptional customer service during phone interactions, including answering calls promptly, addressing customer inquiries effectively, and transferring calls efficiently, is crucial for maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Creating and providing a positive first impression while ensuring smooth and efficient reception operations, including taking payments, directing to an appropriate resource, or answering client inquiries. Handling various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, basic accounting duties, and correspondence management. Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships to aid the team environment.
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and/or payment systems in order to perform various administrative tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, computers, printers). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. Education Requirements High School Diploma or the education equivalency; additional qualifications are a plus. Benefits F. A.
