Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner Manage incoming calls, screen and direct them promptly to the appropriate personnel or department Provide switchboard coverage and maintain accurate call logs Schedule appointments and meetings related to freight pickups, deliveries, and internal operations Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery to relevant staff Assist with scanning, filing, and processing freight documentation Provide backup support to Customer Service Representatives during their absence Maintain a clean and organized reception area and ensure office supplies are stocked Perform other related administrative tasks and support team projects as needed

Skills and Qualifications:
