Job Description

Position Summary The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and vendors visiting or contacting the title and settlement office. This role is responsible for providing professional customer service, managing front office operations, supporting the closing team administratively, and ensuring efficient communication throughout the transaction process.•This position is temporary, providing maternity leave coverage. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional in appearance and communication, and capable of handling confidential information in a fast-paced real estate environment. Key Responsibilities Front Office & Client Relations Greet and assist clients, real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and conference rooms Schedule appointments, closings, and conference room usage Notify staff of arriving guests and coordinate client flow during closings Maintain hospitality bar Administrative Support Assist title officers, escrow officers, and settlement staff with administrative tasks Prepare, scan, upload, and organize transaction documents and files Maintain accurate electronic and physical records in accordance with company policies Receive and distribute mail, packages, and courier deliveries Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies Compliance & Confidentiality Maintain strict confidentiality of client, financial, and transaction information Follow company procedures related to escrow security, privacy, and document handling Adhere to all applicable company policies and professional standards Maintain professionalism and neutrality when interacting with parties to a transaction Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Prior receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or real estate office experience preferred Experience in title, escrow, mortgage, legal, or real estate industries is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and office equipment Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume office environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional demeanor and appearance Punctual and reliable a must
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
