Administrative Assistant (Receptionist)
PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION
FANUC America is looking for a self-driven Administrative Assistant to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to ensure efficient operation of FANUC North Campus in a fast paced work environment. The scope includes and is not limited to communicating via phone and e-mail ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Greet and assist visitors arriving at FANUC. Communicating via phone and e-mail ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Track incoming and outgoing packages and mail from main lobby desk, deliver as needed. Provide administrative support to the facilities department during periods of reduced activity in lobby including FQT reporting, services coordination, etc. Assist with escorting contractors onsite. Monitor security cameras and manage emergency notifications as needed. Assist in or support special events, meetings, and tours. Onsite support for café market services, coffee and vending. Support badge program for employees, contractors, and visitors. Support Message board at front desk. All other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE Strong communications and interpersonal skills. Strong organization and planning skills.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
Associate Degree or equivalent clerical/administrative related experience. Minimum 2 years general business experience required. Experience in working with sales, technicians and engineers preferred.
ENVIRONMENT AND SCHEDULING
General office environment-main reception area. 7:00am

  • Monday
  • Friday.
Willing to work occasional overtime when required to meet special deadlines in response to training requirements.
Pay:
$18.00
  • $19.
