Job Description

Color Box Wellness is a sanctuary in Birmingham Michigan. The Receptionist role:
An integral member of Color Box Wellness, the Receptionist position performs a variety of job roles according to established Color Box protocols. The receptionist is responsible for creating an environment that is of pure peace and relaxation for all Color Box guests. They will be able to read guests and schedule appointments based on needs and preferences.
What we are looking for:
Passionate about the spa/wellness industry, people and guest relations Fluent level of English due to guest interaction Acquired computer skills with Word and Excel, in order to carry out daily reception duties and responsibilities Excellent people skills with a strong ability to communicate and listen effectively Confident in building relationships with clients and recommending products A candidate who is an able problem-solver with the ability to multi-task Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills High level of attention to detail Previous customer service experience and ability to work effectively under pressure Flexible availability within our operating hours Just some of the benefits Color Box employees enjoy: Competitive package which includes commission Future opportunity for full time schedule based on performance Excellent Training and Career Development opportunities
