Job Description

Our Firm is seeking a Legal Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors and callers you will play a key role in creating a warm and positive impression for Firm members and guests. This position also requires various tasks to support the operation of the office.
Responsibilities include:
1. Manage incoming phone calls and direct caller to the appropriate department or individual. 2. Greet and welcome Firm members and guests in a welcoming and professional manner. 3. Manage the Reception and Conference Room spaces ensuring cleanliness and organization. 4. Perform a variety of clerical duties including, but not limited to: Filing; Scanning; Shredding; Emailing; Faxing; Downloading Documents and Data/Time Entry into Billing System. 5. Assist Partners, Attorneys and Support Staff as needed. 6. Restock Kitchen and maintain overall office tidiness. The above responsibilities are not intended to be all inclusive but provides a framework for the position. Other related responsibilities will arise from time to time and will be assigned as needed.
Pay:
$36,000.00 - $39,000.00 per year
