This vital role combines exceptional customer service with efficient office management, ensuring smooth daily operations. Your energetic and professional demeanor will set the tone for a positive environment, while your organizational skills keep everything running seamlessly. Whether managing multi-line phone systems or handling administrative tasks, you'll play a key role in supporting our office's success. Responsibilities Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, or administrative, similar role required Must be Bilingual in Arabic and English Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls accurately and courteously. Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and efficiency. Maintain organized filing systems, data entry logs, and digital records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff members or professionals such as dental or medical receptionists. Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and supporting bookkeeping tasks with QuickBooks or similar software. Ensure excellent phone etiquette while providing outstanding customer support and support to visitors or clients in person or over the phone. Assist with office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining a tidy reception area to promote a professional environment Experience Proven customer service experience demonstrating strong communication skills and professionalism. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing procedures, and calendar management tools. Competence in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks. Experience in healthcare settings such as dental or medical reception is advantageous but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
