Duties Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously Maintain front desk appearance, including organizing reception area and managing office supplies Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management software to update records accurately Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff or executives Support administrative tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records Assist with bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks or similar accounting tools as needed Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor and patience when handling inquiries or concerns Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus, along with personal assistant experience or calendar management expertise Attention to detail in proofreading, data entry accuracy, and filing processes Ability to manage time efficiently while prioritizing urgent tasks Join us as a Receptionist and become an essential part of our vibrant team!
