Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical receptionist and possess excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets warmly and assist them with checking in for appointments. Answer phone calls and schedule appointments with veterinarians. Manage client inquiries, provide information about clinic services, and address concerns as needed. Collect payments for services rendered and maintain accurate records of financial transactions. Coordinate with veterinary technicians and veterinarians to ensure smooth patient flow and timely client communication. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical receptionist is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office and practice management software (e.g., Cornerstone, AVImark). Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures is preferred but not required.
