Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional to assist our Front Desk Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for our company, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations.
Duties:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Manage the calendar, scheduling and confirming appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Verify medical insurances, get benefits and call insurances. Get referrals as needed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Provide personal assistant support to providers as required
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Skills:
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Proficient in computer use.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently This is a part time position which will become Full time in August with competitive compensation.
Position requires you to be two days in Farmington Hills and three days in Taylor from 9 am-5pm in August.
