Position:

Chiropractic Front Desk Manager Hours:

Part-Time, 30-40 hours per week What You'll Do As an integral part of our dynamic team, you'll: Deliver Exceptional Patient Care Greet and guide patients through their holistic health journey with warmth and professionalism. Act as a reliable point of contact for patient questions and concerns, ensuring an outstanding experience from start to finish. Support Operational Excellence Manage and organize paperwork, electronic health records, and other administrative tasks with precision. Assist with insurance submissions and accounting support as needed. Maintain Office Efficiency Keep the office running smoothly by assisting patients between appointments and ensuring all areas are tidy and ready for use. Foster clear and respectful communication with both patients and colleagues to create a positive work environment. Ensure Patients Stay on Track with Their Care Proactively follow up with patients to schedule and confirm appointments. Communicate the value of consistent care, addressing concerns and keeping patients engaged. Handle rescheduling with efficiency, ensuring minimal gaps in the schedule. Solution Oriented Ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently. Able to keep a professional and confident manner while helping patients find answers.
