Front Desk Receptionist

Front Desk Coordinator - Seasonal Position Lakeside Spa and Salon | Mackinac Island Spend your season working at one of Mackinac Island's premier spa destinations while living the unique island lifestyle. Lakeside Spa and Salon is currently hiring a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team for the season. This position may be filled part-time or full-time, though full-time availability is preferred. Weekend availability is required as well as a full season commitment: June through October. This is a fast-paced, guest-focused role ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, professional, and thrives in a hospitality-driven environment. Our front desk team plays a major role in creating the guest experience from the moment a client walks through the door.

Responsibilities Include:

Greeting guests warmly and professionally Answering phones and booking appointments Assisting walk-in guests with service and retail recommendations Managing spa schedules and guest flow Flipping and maintaining locker rooms between guest use Supporting daily spa operations and cleanliness Assisting service providers and management as needed Creating a calm, welcoming, luxury guest experience

Qualifications:

Strong communication and phone skills Positive, professional attitude Ability to multitask in a busy environment Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help where needed Reliable and punctual Hospitality, salon, spa, or customer service experience preferred

Pay:

$18.50 - $24.00 per hour
