Job Description

SUMMARY The Receptionist/Scheduler is our first line of customer service and is responsible for service call scheduling, answering incoming phone calls, responding to inquiries, coordinating irrigation operational tasks, and assisting the other departments on various functions as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule service calls, appointments, and assist with coordinating other operational functions Coordinate irrigation contract management with the sales team Assist managers and sales team with various function in preparation for work to be completed Assist with answering phone calls and routing caller to the appropriate person. Route calls for customer inquiries, enter lead forms. Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and directions. Assist with irrigation inventory and tracking Assist with maintaining field staff systems and orientation tasks Provide support with processing credit card payments for walk-in customers (Yard sales), as needed. Assist all departments with administrative tasks, varied by the seasonality of business Provide general support to management and assist in seasonal projects in a timely manner. Process customer payments and accurately record into system (as needed) Reports to work on time each day, identifies and suggests job improvements, and strives for quality. Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS 2-4
years of experience with scheduling, receptionist, clerical, and/or administrative assistant responsibilities. Experience scheduling in a trade field is preferred Proven time management, critical thinking and prioritization skills. Excellent customer service skills. Great written and verbal communication skills. Positive attitude. Must have general knowledge about computers and ability to learn systems unique to our organization.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copier and scanner/printer
Pay:
$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
