Job Description

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and employees. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting administrative functions to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Front Desk & Customer Service Greet and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Respond to general inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate department. Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area. Administrative Support Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. Prepare outgoing mail and shipments. Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and document organization. Maintain electronic and physical records as needed. Order and maintain office supplies and refreshments. Office Coordination Schedule meetings and conference room reservations. Assist with employee onboarding paperwork and administrative tasks. Coordinate with vendors and service providers as directed. Support various departments with administrative projects and data entry. Communication & Organization Maintain accurate contact lists and office directories. Assist with company communications, notices, and correspondence. Ensure confidential information is handled appropriately. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to operate standard office equipment. Work Environment This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment, including computers, telephones, copiers, printers, and scanners.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
