About DBTIMI The DBT Institute of Michigan is mental health clinical striving to teach its clients how to build a life worth living through effective use of evidence-based therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). We have out patient clinics in Mason, Metro Detroit and Wyoming along with a residential facility in our Mason location.

Position Description The Front Office Assistant is a vital piece to the work we do and clients and residents we serve. The employee will be at the reception desk to serve as the first line of representing the clinic and will report to the Chief Operations Officer. Essential Duties and Requirements Answer all incoming calls and greet clients/guests with a positive and upbeat attitude. Check messages daily, return calls within 24 hours, forward messages on as needed. Complete intake sheet thoroughly, update the Google doc and communicate with potential/current clients as needed. Check clients in upon arrival and out upon departure. Collect required paperwork, questionnaires and payments from clients. Ability to work in a fast paced, growing clinic as a team player supporting therapists and an excellent partner to staff at the headquarters in Mason. Professional and organizational abilities must be impeccable. Proficient with technology such as a computer and scanner. Ability to communicate accurately and effectively in writing and verbally. Education/Experience and Other Requirements High school degree or higher Pass a background check Worked in a customer-service roll previously Comfortable using computers and systems within it Benefits of Joining the DBTIMI Family Profit sharing, after vested one year Generous Personal Time Off (PTO) Employer matching IRA (up to 3%) DBTIMI sponsored health insurance, we pay 40% of premium Our clinic highly values teamwork and work life balance Shift is Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm with potential for slight variations.
